Beware of the man of one book

“Pray for my sister in Christ Han Ye Seul in Korea to be protected & strengthened in faith to overcome. Reformation has begun…The Korean entertainment industry must change. The system is corrupt and enslaves artists & workers with inhumane working conditions. In Korea there are no labor unions like we have in Hollywood (SAG, DGA, WGA) to protect the basic rights of artists to LIVE & be healthy. I can’t handle another Korean celebrity hurting themselves or committing suicide, the system needs to be changed, there needs to be reform in the Korean film/TV/music system. The wrong things that cause unnecessary trauma, pain, mental instability, depression and suicide must be made right. This can’t happen without God’s people standing up and being one voice to create change. These type of situations wouldn’t happen with the kind of working hours that Korean’s put themselves through with the inhumane filming schedules, cultural pressures, public attacks, etc. This doesn’t happen in Hollywood or other countries, because there are unions to protects artists basic rights to LIVE and be healthy. Han Ye Seul is a human being, not an animal or object of our ridicule, please step into her shoes before making a judgment & have compassion.”
